In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation

2.1. All Orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. An Order is not accepted until we issue an Order Confirmation by email. The mere receipt of your Order does not constitute acceptance.

2.2. We reserve the right to refuse any Order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

2.3. Product descriptions, images, and technical specifications on our website are provided for general reference only. Whilst we make every effort to ensure accuracy, minor variations may occur. This does not affect your statutory rights.

3.4. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the Order for a full refund. We are not obliged to supply Goods at an incorrect price, even after Order Confirmation has been issued.

3.5. Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed at checkout. See our Delivery Policy for full details.
