We despatch the vast majority of eligible orders the same working day when placed before our cutoff time. Our standard delivery options are as follows:

Items exceeding 30 kg or requiring pallet delivery (e.g. large flanged valves, actuated assemblies over DN150) may incur additional carriage charges. We will contact you before despatch if supplementary charges apply. All pallet deliveries are kerbside only unless prior arrangements have been made.
Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, and other offshore locations may take an additional 1–2 working days and may attract a surcharge of £4.95–£12.95 depending on the destination and parcel weight. Next day and pre-12:00 services are not available to all postcodes in these areas.
We ship to the Republic of Ireland, mainland Europe, and selected worldwide destinations. International orders are quoted individually — please contact our sales team or email info@ukvalvesdirect.co.uk with your requirements and delivery address for a bespoke quotation. All international shipments are subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
A despatch confirmation email with tracking details is sent once your order leaves our Willenhall depot. If you have not received tracking information within 24 hours of your expected despatch date, please contact us on or email info@ukvalvesdirect.co.uk.
We accept returns of unused, undamaged goods within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Items returned without an RMA number may be refused or delayed. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

UK Valves Direct primarily operates as a business-to-business (B2B) supplier. Where goods are purchased for commercial or industrial purposes, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply, and these terms shall govern the transaction exclusively. Consumer purchasers retain their statutory rights under applicable legislation.
All prices displayed on this website and in our catalogues are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). We are not currently VAT registered. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors — if an error is identified after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
Online orders are payable at the time of purchase by credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Payment must be cleared in full before goods are despatched.
All products supplied by UK Valves Direct carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover:
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with the original order details, a description of the defect, and photographic evidence where possible. Our liability under warranty is limited to replacement of the defective product or a refund of the purchase price, at our sole discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UK Valves Direct shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, business interruption, or any costs arising from plant downtime, howsoever caused. Our total aggregate liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods giving rise to such claim.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that products are suitable for their intended application, including compatibility with the process media, pressure, temperature, and environmental conditions. We strongly recommend that customers consult our technical team or an independent engineer for critical or safety-related applications.
UK Valves Direct shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, pandemic, war, government action, strikes, supply chain disruption, or failure of third-party carriers.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
